We are no strangers to FAT LOSS but have been around the world and back when it comes to fitness and have indulged in all kinds! We personally take the best of the best movements from yoga, pilates, crossfit, bodybuilding, cardio training, specific athletic training etc. and wrap them all into a formula that has done wonders for stay at home moms, pregnant women, injury recovery and even professional athletes.

Chris is AMAZING! He keeps workouts fun and challenging while pushing and motivating you. He is fully committed to making you stronger, healthier and happier-and does what it takes to help you get there. I can’t recommend him enough!

Each of the sessions I attended, Chris was available to critique my movements/ workout. While doing so providing information making me knowledgeable for the best outcome! When I feel I'm done he pushes in just the right way to motivate me to reach my actual final few exercises. Once we have completed our session, Chris walks us through a series of stretches, to loosen up the muscles, we just worked. Since I cant make every session due to my life /work balances Chris provided me with an alternative work out plan, for me to do at my gym on my own time.

Great trainer, helped me acomplish more than what my goals were. Went from 216 pounds to 160 in 8 months and body fat percentages from 29% to 11%. Highly recomended.
