We applied for a rental through Real Property Management. The application process was incredibly easy and quick. Myles, a representative, was quick to respond and work with us through the application process. We ended up not going with the rental. But I wanted to extend our appreciation to the company. We have been living in our current condo for ~5 months now. Alan, our representative at Real Property Management, is very responsive and was very helpful during the application process. We have had a few maintenance requests so far and each were responded to and fixed very promptly. I absolutely love the online portal - and the ability to set up recurring payments. I would definitely recommend this management property.

I am absolutely impressed by Alan Myrold, from Real Property Management. I accepted a job offer with 2 weeks to find an apartment and relocate to the area. Alan made himself available for a showing immediately. He worked with the owner and maintenance to get the unit available early for me. The application process was very simple, and I was approved the same day. Everything except the physical showing was able to be done online, so I didn't have to travel constantly. The way Alan went above and beyond to get the unit available early, and his great follow through with communication helped reduce my stress with this quick relocation. Thank you again!!!

I have had a great experience with Real Property Mangement. My move in was extremely smooth. I have had minimal reasons to contact the management company, but when I have Alan has responded the same day. The one time I needed something repaired it was taken care of in less than 24 hours. Love it!

Since we've delegated the management of our rental cottages to RPM, we have slept a little better at night. It is a relief to know they are here to help us with any issues that may happen.
