Jon was great in helping me. He never pressured me to pick one particular property and was very patient with me in my search. I decided to take a few weeks off from looking at properties and Jon understood. He continued to send me listings but let me take my time. He assisted me with the inspection, contacting a contractor, and walking me through the process. He's awesome.
