FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the actual scope of work required to properly restore your property, not flat or guess-based numbers. For all projects, we follow industry standard estimating software to ensure pricing aligns with current market rates and guidelines. There are no hidden fees, everything is clearly outlined in writing before work begins. If additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions, we communicate that upfront and obtain approval before proceeding. In some cases, we can offer flexibility depending on the scope and timing of the project, but our primary focus is delivering the work correctly and in compliance with code rather than cutting corners on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a thorough inspection to assess the condition of the property and identify any storm damage, or encompass any potential issues for any retail inquiries. From there, we provide a detailed scope of work and walk you through your options, including assistance with the insurance claim process if applicable. Once everything is approved, we schedule the work, handle all coordination, and keep you informed throughout the project until completion and final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold an Unlimited Roofing License for Commercial, Residential, and Industrial applications. Our team has extensive hands on experience in roofing, siding, and exterior restoration, along with specialized training in insurance claim processes and estimating using software like Xactimate. We stay up to date with current building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and best practices to ensure every project is completed correctly and in compliance with local standards.
