- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Professional consultation and introduction between parties. 2.) In-person or video conference to discuss the scope of the project and what services will be included and a final quote in the proposal. 3.) Proposal will be given to the client to sign and hand back. 50% is due at the signing of the contract, the remainder is due upon completion. Hosting services for the contract will need to be paid up front along with 50% of the contract. 4.) Client Interview to obtain specific materials needed to complete the project. 5.) Plan of action will be delivered to the client. This will include setting up dates, places, and times that will be needed to create content for the project. 6.) Deadlines for the project will be made. This can be highly dependent on client participation. 7.) Completion of project via client approval, final payment is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a multimedia designer for over 10 years, with a prior background in website management and marketing that spans over two decades. I have been a project manager at a creative studio leading a team of five creative professionals. I also have a degree is Visual Communications and Video Production. I am also certified as a Production Assistant through Film Wisconsin. I have been instructed by some of the most talented people in my field. Some of which have worked with nationally renowned musicians, major networks and broadcasting stations and top of the line production studios.I also take it upon myself to learn design concepts I find interesting. I try to have at least one personal project going on that reflects my creative interests.
