The most influential variable in determining cost is how much time the project will take. Other variables that influence price are sales tax, travel, size of the crew, optional equipment rentals, and expenses that are unique to the project. If you are trying to stay within a budget, let us know. We will try to figure out an option that accomplishes your goals at a price that works for you.
Phone Call: We schedule a phone call to discuss the details of the project and answer any questions you might have. Quote: We prepare a custom quote based on the requirements of your project. Pre-production: This is all the planning that takes places before filming. It includes scheduling the shoot, organizing additional crew members, preparing a shot-list, and any other logistics need to be figured out to have a successful shoot. Production: This is when the actual filming happens. In addition to recording time, we typically need 1 hour to setup equipment and 30 minutes for taking it down. Editing: We start by editing a rough draft. Our standard time for delivering a rough draft is within 2 weeks. However, we can accommodate any rush delivery as long as we have previous notice so we can work it into our schedule. Revisions: We include up to 3 revisions in the price for every project. Final Delivery: Our standard delivery method is through Google Drive. However, we can accommodate other digital options, as well as physical delivery on a flash drive.
I graduated with a film degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. But as anyone in the video industry will tell you, the majority of my knowledge is from on set experience and real-world projects. I have also completed the FAA remote pilot certification for flying drones. We are passionate about continual learning, and stay up-to-date on the latest filmmaking techniques and technology.
