I would like to share our experience with VKB Builders. Over the past several years my husband and I have contemplated finishing our basement. We were reluctant because we didnt know anyone in the area. We went through Home Advisor and found that VKB Builders was an option and they had positive feedback. I am very glad that we did. Todd, the representative from VKB contacted us and offered to come and meet with us. One of the first questions Todd asked was what was our biggest concern, which was having the project started and never having it finished. VKB took the concern to heart and did not disappoint. From start to finish was a little over a month. From a blank canvas for our basement their teams took our vision and made it come true and more. The project was managed well and at completion is was within budget and within the promised timeline. They had teams that showed up on time and did their portion of the project, cleaned up and left. Everything went like clockwork and our family is enjoying the outcome. VKB Homes did our basement project for us, and we could not have been happier. From the time we met Rich and Misty, we knew this was the company and people we could trust to make our dream basement become reality. We were very pleased with the quality of work. Misty is wonderful to work with, and a design professional that organizes materials and makes creative and high quality design options for you to choose from, which is something we could not find with any other builder. The contractors were very professional and easy to deal with as well. We went more high end with our project, and VKB has decided to put our new basement in the 2017 Winter Parade of Homes! I would definitely recommend VKB Homes for your remodeling projects.

We just finished two projects with VKB Homes and we are thrilled! The staff and workman at VKB were great to work with.We had our gas fireplace redone with ledge stone. The end results is a beautiful update to our living room. It catches your eye as soon as you enter the room. We also added a roof extension onto the back of our house, covering the patio to create a beautiful outdoor living space. VKB listened to our ideas, provided input and suggestions, walked through a very detailed project plan and estimate before we moved forward with the project. When the work started, they were on time, very neat and cleaned up the work area at the end of every day.I would recommend using VKB Homes without hesitation!

My husband and I would always do any of our home improvements. We had started our upstairs and then my husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness and was unable to continue the improvements. After he passed away I was in a very dark place and had no idea how I was going to get the upstairs finished. After asking friends and family I was no further along than I was before and was getting very discouraged. It was a big, messy job but it needed to be finished. I went on the website Home Adviser and did a search for what I was looking for and VKB Homes was the first company that came up. I was skeptical, I had no idea what to expect. I thought once they saw the job, it would be to much work and they would turn the job down just as the others I contacted. I made the phone call and got an appointment set up for an estimate. It was THE best phone call I ever made! They got me on the schedule. VKB Homes were right on time, polite, and very professional. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They were MORE than accommodating and I am beyond thrilled with the end product. I know my late husband would approve of the workmanship as well. I would recommend VKB Homes to anyone. VKB Team is Amazing. They make your dreams come true. We have a small kitchen. We didnt have enough storage or room to sit. I found VKB Homes on the internet and called for an estimate. Chris arrived at our home provided us with how VKB operates, did measurements and asked us what we wanted. He answered all our questions and within days had a number of designs drawn up for us to review. Misty was excellent in helping me with the design and keeping within our budget. The work began when they said it would. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Every day they would tell us to review their work and let them know of anything that we didnt like and they would fix it. I was amazed, who does that anymore? VKB does. I took pictures before and during the remodel and shared them with friends, family and co-workers. They all want to come and see it. My chance to have a get together with everyone and show off my Dream kitchen. They are all very knowledgeable and treat their customers like family providing excellent service. The entire team was always there for us anytime we had questions or concerns with very quick responses. My thanks to Rich, Misty, Chris, Sarah, Adam, Kevin, Mark and everyone else that helped our dream come true. I Highly Recommend VKB Homes. Make them your 1st and only call for your remodeling needs you will not be disappointed.
