Introduction: I am very thorough and pet friendly and very much understand the extra work it takes with having pets . Very detailed, honest, and always leave customer's happy and relaxed !! I do take pay pal which allows you to pay with credit cards for convenience!!!! For those time when you need flexibility. The interaction with people and happy look on there faces when they come home to a clean house . A big relief and more playtime!!!

I hired Deb to help me deep-clean an apartment that I had lived in for 10 years. This apartment complex has a reputation for keeping all of departing tenants' deposits for additional cleaning expenses after move-out, but thanks to Deb's outstanding work, I was able to get my deposit back. For anyone living in a similar type of apartment complex, hiring Deb to help with your move-out would be a very smart investment. I would recommend Deb highly to anybody needing assistance with cleaning - both deep-cleaning like mine, to lighter jobs, and here is why: Deb was punctual, and is very timely and prompt in all communication. She was utterly dependable, and understanding when my schedule changed due to having to accommodate the movers' schedule. I found Deb to be accommodating, patient and flexible, which is especially appreciated because cleaning isn't an exact science. My job ended up running longer than I originally planned for (8 hours rather than the expected 5-6) and she was gracious about staying late to finish the job, which was very much appreciated by me. And the work she did at the end of the job was just as good as when she initially started, even though it had been a long day. This lady is one hard worker! Deb has a friendly, upbeat personality that makes doing business with her a pleasure. There are right and wrong ways to clean, and Deb really knows what she is doing. I worked along with her in order to complete the job, and I learned a lot! She followed up with me after the move-out, which shows that she is serious about her business and really cares about her customers. I cannot recommend Deb highly enough, and I am certain that if you do business with her that you will have a similar positive experience, and great results.

She does a decent clean up job, but not worth the money. Light discolored spots were left on my carpet. She said she had her own cleaning supplies and then used my new vacuum, where the cord was damaged, it was left filthy, deposits were left in/on it and it now has a perpetual squeaking sound while in motion. She spent a decent amount of time talking to me, pointing out flaws in my home and comparing it to her place, which she claimed was better. She did stayed fairly busy from what I saw while I was there. She saves time if you're a busy person, but I don't feel it was worth the $150. She also said I would get a receipt and I never got one. She cleaned the toilet bowls, but not the tanks, which really needed it. $10/hour is reasonable for this service if there were less things that got damaged in the process. Surely not $30 per hour.

After reading this review and spending several hrs there not to mention getting blamed for carpet damage when all I did was vacuum carpet fresh up . Carpet was in desperate need of a truck mount cleaning . And as in all business you will always have a customer who thinks differently enough said . Thanks for your time

No I do not have a complicated pricing I have learned that my Quotes are very reasonable !!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It generally takes a few times to get to know what a customer wants other than the obvious and you get more comfortable with one another . I am easy to work with and most of the time have no problems . Prefer long term !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
no after 40 yrs of cleaning enough said
