- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually a flat rate depending on the home and what the client all wants cleaned inside the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the house or business before I give them a quote so I can give them a better quote and idea of how long it will take me to clean their home or building/office. This also gives the client and myself the opportunity to meet each other first as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work because I enjoy cleaning and it is very relaxing to me. I also like to see the outcome and the clients happiness that it gives them to be able to do what they need to get done.
