We are very sorry to hear about your experience with Mother Earth Organic, and we really appreciate the opportunity to service your property and your family in the past. It is our mission to save the Earth, one lawn at a time, while spreading the right information about lawn care in general. We refuse to use any synthetic based products to treat any lawns. Our weed control products work on many typically lawn weeds. Many times lawns we encounter are severely neglected for several years when we begin services, consisting of more weed plants than grass plants. When a lawn is 50% or more weeds, it is recommended that a new lawn is established. Even if a lawn is 100% grass plants, we still recommend additional lawn care services such as twice annual core-aeration and bi-yearly slit-seeding to improve existing grass plants and establish new grass plants. Grass plants have a natural life cycle and should be re-established on a regular basis since they don't go to seed and reproduce on their own. Lawns thick with grass have a much easier time crowding out weeds. We are very sorry to hear that we were not able to eradicate all of your weeds quickly enough, but I am sure that your soil is much healthier than it was prior to our services. Since we do not use synthetic products that kill natural micro-organisms (and beyond), and only safe/natural products, MEO can say for sure that your soil is healthier, even if the weeds persist. MEO encourages everyone to question why synthetic products are considered "okay" in regards to exposure once the product is dry, even though several studies have shown highly toxic levels of carcinogens throughout the half-life/breakdown process of synthetic lawn care products.
