Good price, high quality materials, thoroughly expert workmanship, courteous and considerate, careful attention to detail. Initial consultation and advice was very helpful. Getting my input and final detail decisions at the time of installation was much appreciated.

Eric and his crew were very professional and went the extra mile. We had an issue with one of our projects that we hired them for. It was a true accident where no one person was at fault. Instead of placing blame, which most people would do, Eric took responsibility and did more than what would be expected to make sure it was all right even while incurring additional expense. That is a rare trait in today's world. I would highly recommend the group!

Things started out well, Erik came over on scheduled date and time, looked it over (flat roof), explained things, answered questions and said he would get bid to me by date a couple days later. I did not receive estimate on promise date, it took a few days and emails after the promised date to get it (which was frustrating as I have active leak that needs to be fixed ASAP) . He did (later) explain that they had an emergency with an open roof. When I finally received the bid, it looked good. He also offered discount for the lateness of estimate. I have a few more questions which I have now emailed. Overall the price looks good, decision will be based on price, reviews, trust and reliability. Decision to be made this week on roofer.

I asked Eric to clean a gutter 3 stories up that I wanted no part of. He accomplished that task during the day while we were at work and charged me a reasonable fee. He billed promptly and was very professional.

Eric and his workers are personable, concerned with meeting the needs and requests of the customer- no matter how picky the customer is- punctual, neat and accommodating. I would hire him again for sure!! They do excellent, quality work!!!
