- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work directly with our clients to provide them with a service package that will not only benefit their bottom-line, but will help relieve their stress! After determining the services we will be providing, we will present you with an "All-Inclusive" monthly package. That's right! One monthly fee for all services included in the package. (including phone calls and emails regarding those services) We will not nickel and dime you. Should you need additional services (not included in your package), we will quote you a fee and bill you separately. Our clients appreciate the same monthly fee as it helps with their budgeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial contact, we work directly with you to determine exactly what services you need and how we can help. We understand every client is unique and we tailor our services to bring the most benefit to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jon Neal has over 40 years of experience being a business owner just like you. He understands what you're going through because he's been there. Jon holds a Masters Degree in Taxation and is a Certified PROFIT FIRST Professional (one of less than 150 certified worldwide).
