Introduction: I am a semi-retired CPA and have worked in the Financial Industry for close to 40 years. I have worked in the External Reporting area of the Bank Holding Company, Main Bank Branch, Mortgage Company, Trust Company and Leasing Company. I also work directly for the Corporate Secretary on Mergers & Acquisitions. I also worked as a team member on projects with our data processing division, including an interface between our front-end mortgage system to our mainframe loan system. I also worked as a consultant and created financial models, helped with budgeting, set-up accounting systems and other financial related projects for various clients.
