My home had a backup in the main line. I had another plumbing company come out to my house and give me a $40,000 estimate to perform work that wasn't needed and wouldn't even have solved the problem.Michael and Isaac from Subterranean were able to diagnose the problem correctly and resolve my issue.Isaac and Daniel were able to replace a collapsed main line home trap with PVC for 1/10th of the price of the other estimate. They scoped the line and showed that the work proposed by the other company was unnecessary.The payment process and bid process were made easy by Alex and Rob.Subterranean made an unpleasant situation much easier by providing an honest assessment, fair pricing, good-quality work, and great customer service.I just moved to Milwaukee, and it's good to know I have a plumber I can trust now if I need one.

Not only did the technician do a thorough job of cleaning out our lateral sewer line with the water jet, he also gave me a video tour of the pipe and pointed out potential problem spots and suggested remediations.

I had a plumber come out and give me a $695 estimate to auger my clogged sewer line indoors and $6000 to clean out the sewer line from the house to the street. I went to Angis and they recommended Subterranean plumbing. They were polite and came within the agreed upon time frame. They scoped the leading up to toilet upstairs and found a blockage. They gave me a reasonable price and he went to work. He explained potential problems in the future with such old pipes. Michael was an excellent worker and I am so pleased to now have working toilets and now I can use my newly installed shower.
