The engineer did the initial visit and really listened to what we wanted. As a result when the paperwork arrived it correctly reflected what we had asked for and the information given on the contract was very comprehensive. I particularly liked that the quote came with literature on the electrical equipment and that nobody had tried to sell us options that we didn't really want or need. The engineer did a great job installing the system working solidly from the minute he arrived, barely even taking a break. He also spent a lot of time showing us how to use the system and answering all our questions.
