Steph did a great job cleaning our windows. Good communication setting up the appointment. Email reminder the day before and called when he was on the way. Very thorough and neat job. Well worth the price. Thanks Steph.

I was having issues with the commercial cleaning company I hired and wanted to change providers after my contract was up. My friend told me about this company called Klean Touch that cleans her office but I wanted to do my own research because I didn't want the same service as before. There was only 1 review on them and it was hard to find them on Google ratings but once I gave them a call and I spoke to the owners, they left me satisfied. I did hesitate at first because they were a new company but now I'm glad I have them as a cleaning service for my building. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good janitorial company.

Stephen and his associate rushed through the job, leaving windows very streaky, several screens uncleaned and window ledges dirty. I will never use them again.

After the work was finished April 7, 2017, a walk through was performed with you. You stated you were satisfied with our service and left my employees a tip for providing you exceptional service. After changing your mind on the service provided to you the next day, Stephen still offered to come out and redo the service, as we like to leave our clients satisfied.
