Fieasha and Freddie were a refreshing dose of professionalism and personality and most importantly, their work was fantastic! Our lab/office was a pretty tough job but they made it look easy! I truly enjoyed working with profound cleaning and will definitely use them again for any other office cleaning jobs.

We do offer discounts of 10% for recurring services
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Residential cleanings
For regular cleanings or deep cleanings our prices are live. When a client reach out, we let them know we can come out to job however we do let the client know ahead of time that prices may vary upon arrival.
Commercial cleaning or Janitorial services
The typical process for working with a new customer is, they send us a request for our availability, we respond back to the client within 1 hour time frame. We Check the job description and look at the details of the job. We ask the client their availability for us to come and check out the site. We then make a proposal offer based upon details of the job and send a proposal offer to the client within 24 hrs.

I Fieasha S hold a Bachelors degree in business, this degree helped with learning how to successfully run a business in a professional and profound way, with 3 plus years of commerical cleaning experience.
