Introduction: Others might do what I do, but the way I do mines is that I start with the client first. We can all agree that every client might be similar or different, my goal is to resolve that problem the client is having with their system, so I always start my service through my clients first. That means I start from the root cause of the Issue and walk my way up to a solution as quick or fast as possible. What I like most about what I do is that I don't see it as a Job, I love what I do and I love solving system problems. I said this before and I will always say it again. I have been in past situations were I needed help with system issues and most of the time they took weeks to a month and half to repair it. So I know what it's like when you really need your system for work, school, home works, or just pure playing Bingo. I know the feeling and that's why I love my line of work.
