Persha was just what I needed. She completed everything I requested and was perpared to do more. I require alot and most indivdual do not return. She did. I felt very comfortable with her in my home and have recommedated and introduced her to a friend. She is my go to person going forward.

I was quoted at $150 for move out cleaning which includes cleaning all floors, walls, baseboards, ceilings, counters, cabinets, toilets, bathtubs, showers, windowsills, the inside of windows, light fixtures, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and hallways and paid extra for refrigerator cleaning. The final price ended up being $225. I paid what was asked in advance of a finished job. The service I received was something much less. I received refrigerator cleaning, a half swept home, and a halfway vacuum job. Cabinets/drawers weren't cleaned, baseboards were still dirty, shower wasn't cleaned, and the home looked virtually the same as before the cleaning except for a decent cleaning of the fridge. After my wife and I contacted Persha to let here know of our disappointment with her services, we ended cleaning everything that was missed in a hour.

Persha then stated that $225 wasn't enough for the cleaning that was required. Also, that the baseboards weren't included in move out cleaning after already accepting the money and leaving the premises, knowing that hardly anything that was supposed to be cleaned was. If she couldn't do the job at the price, she should have said so from the start and not except my money and we would have gladly found someone else. Instead my wife and I had to follow behind a cleaning service that half cleaned a home to prepare for a showing.
