- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing goes off size, breed, and temperament. Give a call, text, or message and i can give you a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them my prices for their pet, what is all included, and if i have specials going on I let them know that as well and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have have a college degree and numerous certificates for grooming, dog obedience, and vet assistant.
