- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I standardly charge $75 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a walkthrough with them to understand what they all need done while making a thorough list. Then I take a few minutes to work up an estimate. I stick religiously to my estimates and I'm always careful to provide new options/pricing as work develops and issues come up or work is added or removed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have primarily on-the-job training, with some class time on the side.
