I had contacted Bradley Pest Control LLC for mice in my basement and garage. Mark contacted me promptly and was available to come the next day though i waited for a more convenient time for me. He arrived on time and was very professional. He did a thorough assessment of my property, showed me what he found, educated me on what mice do when they’re in a home, and detailed his strategy to get rid of the mice. He followed through with setting bait stations, assured me they were pet safe as I have dogs, he plugged any holes he found, and disposed of the mice I had caught in traps. There was no “contract” to sign just the service and the follow ups we discussed. The cost was very reasonable and service that was provided has exceeded my expectations. Having to call an exterminator is not a great feeling but Bradley Pest Control has been amazing and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Mark was very quick to respond to my requested quote. He made it out to me the following day (which was a bit of a drive) and was very professional and friendly. His price is very reasonable and my family is very excited to have these pests gone! He is also very knowledgeable, he walked me through the whole process and provided me with some great insight on things. Thanks again, Mark, and thank you for your 20+ years of service in the Navy.
