I am able to confidently serve any level of dining experience, with an unparalleled level of personal attention and communication, and a friendly smile. I am passionate about not only the creation of food but the experience of it. Special diets, like low-calorie, low-sodium, low-carb, low-fat, etc, are my forte, as well as vegan dining. I believe that eating healthily doesn't mean boring and low-flavor meals.
