- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable, and we do or even better than most big brands. We require 2 hours minimum for local moving. 35% up charge for same day service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to be up front and honest, no hidden fees at the end. Our word/message is our BOND.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been in the industry for almost a decade. My team and advisors used to work for big name moving companies/brands.
