very reliable to work with. they were able to pick up my old piano without any issue in 10 minutes. best price from any other offers. Definitely, I will work with them in the future

CK Services did an awesome job, responded promptly to my request and were able to do the work the following day! I needed a very bulky and heavy Octane Q37xi elliptical move from the main floor of my home into the basement. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They did an amazing job! CK asked to stop by the morning of to see my place to gauge how much stuff I had. He was able to see all the things I needed to move. They accommodated the time I needed help moving. I had my stuff packed by the time they arrived, however, they packed and secured things like the glass end tables and my TV. They were careful with my belongings and asked questions as they were loading if needed. As they loaded the truck, I finished cleaning my apartment. Once we got to the location and began unloading the truck, we helped them unload. I didn’t want to be in their way, so I asked if we could help. They appreciated our help unloading, it helped make the process faster! I highly recommend them!!!!!!!! I will definitely be reaching out to them again when I have to move again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very reasonable, and we do or even better than most big brands. We require 2 hours minimum for local moving. 35% up charge for same day service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to be up front and honest, no hidden fees at the end. Our word/message is our BOND.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been in the industry for almost a decade. My team and advisors used to work for big name moving companies/brands.
