I couldn't have asked for a better home inspection experience with Mr. Marzion. This was my first time using Thumbtack and I would definitely reccommend Mr. Marzion. Not only is he very professional and polite, but invited me along to ask any questions I had about anything. He came well prepared for anything we would encounter and explained every detail so well that I knew everything he put in his report before he left the property. From the very beginning Mike had my trust and confidence. He outlined exactly what what he was going to do, set expectations early for involving mine and my Realtor's participation, and shared his wealth of knowledge on the safety, acceptability, and defects of the home as he guided us room by room. I was really impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and positive attitude Mike demonstrated during my home inspection. He came early and was extremely thorough. Before the end of the afternoon on the very same day, he produced and delivered a detailed photo journal description of every aspect of his findings. He annotated the photos with arrows and descriptions outlining his concerns as well as positives about every system in the home. It's so detailed and instructive, I plan to use it to prioritize the maintenance needs of my new home. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and colleagues, and I'm confident you'll want to, too.

Michael Marzion is above and beyond OUTSTANDING!!! He is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable. He took his time and did a very detailed inspection leaving nothing out. He encouraged me, my girlfriend and our real estate to agent to all follow along as he explained everything along the way. He pointed out everything of concern large and small on the house we were going to purchase. He gave suggestion on what to do for repairs on small things I could do myself and what to do about the large problems. He answered all questions and concerns leaving no doubts about anything. He also took pictures throughout the whole process. That wasn’t even the end of it… I then received his report. I have seen and written many reports and I would say that his report was just as outstanding as his inspection. The report was well written in terms easy to understand. He include all the colored pictures he had taken with the explanation of each picture. I would more then recommend him if that is possible.

Couldn't be happier with Mike & Five One Home Inspections. He came out to inspect my new purchase. He was engaging, professional, and thorough. Took the time to explain things to me as he worked, prep me to understand the details of the report, and answered all my questions. When I got his report it was exactly what I expected and detailed out including pictures of everything he included. In addition I have to say that Mike was responsive and extremely nice. My wife, agent, & I all thought he was a pleasure to work with and would absolutely recommend him to any of our own friends & family.
