From the very beginning Mike had my trust and confidence. He outlined exactly what what he was going to do, set expectations early for involving mine and my Realtor's participation, and shared his wealth of knowledge on the safety, acceptability, and defects of the home as he guided us room by room. I was really impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and positive attitude Mike demonstrated during my home inspection. He came early and was extremely thorough. Before the end of the afternoon on the very same day, he produced and delivered a detailed photo journal description of every aspect of his findings. He annotated the photos with arrows and descriptions outlining his concerns as well as positives about every system in the home. It's so detailed and instructive, I plan to use it to prioritize the maintenance needs of my new home. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and colleagues, and I'm confident you'll want to, too.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I describe the inspection process, and review the property condition report. We discuss areas of concern and the expectations for the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Home Inspector- License # 2748-106. I learn something new during every inspection, and watch trends in real estate and technology to improve my skills as a home inspector.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After a long career in law enforcement and in the military, I realized that my true calling is in helping others in a more direct manner, using the skills and experience learned over many years of home remodeling and renovation. Service to others has always been a passion of mine, and Home Inspection is truly a service career.
