- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Boomerang Cleaning charges a flat rate for all residential and commercial cleaning services. The quote you receive is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to understand all the details of the client, we ask questions to understand what is most important. We provide a quote over the phone. We then secured the cleaning with a card on file. Our team comes in to your property to do an initial walkthrough. Once the cleaning is fully completed, the cleaner does a final walkthrough after the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are professionally trained, background checked and insured to complete your cleaning in a high quality, efficient manner.
