I have had a terrible experience with Charm cleaning. I used their service to restore my flooring, by that I mean refinishing my wooden floor. I took up my own carpet and they were to recondition my floors. After the job was done and the floor was dried, I noticed areas that were not covered. I reached out to the owner and was promised that they would come back to finish the project, but I’ve been waiting now three weeks and no one has come back yet. And now all of a sudden my phone calls are being ignored. I’m a veteran who deserves to be treated with respect as well as we all are. Contact 6 is my next step. Do not use this company they are not good.
