I just had a client that thought she would have to replace he stand up shower in her rented condo becasue the last tenant really left it a mess. it had black mold and soap scum so bad you couldnt see throught the glass doors. after we were done she was amazed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask for past job contacts that you can call and speak with. This will help you better decide what company is a scam or real and solid.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Everyone needs help sometimes. Never feel bad and you should never feel judged. We have a job becasue you have a need!
