- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No surprise pricing here... No hidden fees... No supply or trip charges... Pricing is always a flat fee, preferably paid in cash on cleaning day. Price is determined and agreed upon at the first client meet and tour appointment prior to the first scheduled cleaning. Example of typical pricing: 2 bedroom 1-2 bath home with living room, kitchen $80-$100 This fee includes but is not limited to the following: Dusting everything from my heights reach, thorough cleansing/scrubbing/disinfecting/polishing of all light switches, door knobs, handles, mirrors and all flat surfaces, all exterior appliances, kitchen and bathroom sinks, wall tile, shower stall, shower surround, tub, toilets, and thorough sweeping/vacuuming/Hot, damp microfiber mopping of all floors in the residence. (ceramic tile, linoleum, hardwood,etc) I customize every experience to exclusively suit your size home, specific desires, desired budget and level of frequency. The above pricing is subject to change depending on the sq footage of the residence,amount of rooms to be cleaned, the urgency/frequency in which the cleaning needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers find me via customer recommendation, Thumbtack and Care.Com. They message me via these websites their specific cleaning wants and needs. I then promptly message them back with a available date that I can do a 20 min meet and greet with them to answer their questions and tour their home. We then decide together on the frequency, day of the week, time and flat fee rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a cleaning and organization freak by nature and have spent countless hours in researching, learning and testing the safest, best performing cleaning solutions and apparatuses/tools. I have 19+ years of ongoing cleaning experience in a wide variety of venues.
