Hello my name is Shalonda Twyman I am the owner of Shalonda Twyman's Cleaning Services. I have been cleaning for 3 years, but just decided to open my business last year 2020. I enjoy cleaning because I love helping others. I'm trustworthy, always on time and passionate about what I do. What makes my business stand out is I make sure that the customer or clients need is a priority. When I go into someone's home or business to clean I make to get any and all info needed before I start cleaning. My process is finding out what type of cleaning the customers want. How much and when the customer wants the cleaning done. Overall making sure the customer is happy and satisfied before and after the cleaning.
