Kelly was very helpful in assisting us as we coordinated all the paint and carpet colors for our 2nd floor. She confirmed some of our color ideas and guided us on a number of other colors. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs that I do will be hourly @ 75.00. I do a lot of consults, shopping and space planning. I love exterior, historical and small projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try and get as much information as possible: timeline, budget is always helpful, style and color preferences. For those that don't know, I ask that the client show me pictures of what they like; from there I can put something together. If a client wants to run this by me upon requesting my services, it will save time and consultation fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years experience with several furniture, window treatment ,art, paint & wall covering and flooring companies. I have also done a lot of visual merchandising.
