First, I am a very fussy person, so when I say that something is excellent, you can be confident that it is. I hired Epic Waste Disposal to take away personal property from the house I’m selling. It was a complicated situation in that there was a lot of stuff and it was all over the large house, basement, garage and shed. Also, there were contractors working in the house, and floors that had just been stained. Shoes had to be removed during the work, and close attention had to be paid to what to remove and what to leave. This was not a simple situation where a bunch of stuff is piled up in a driveway or yard. The Epic team agreed to a very reasonable price, communicated extremely well, followed all instructions and requests that I made, was very respectful and responsive during the work, worked quickly and efficiently, took care not to damage the house, and even were thoughtful during the work, asking good questions and looking out for me to be sure that nothing I wanted was accidentally discarded. I will definitely turn to Epic the next time I need to dispose of property and would consider them for any other services they provide.

Quincy and crew did a good job repairing a ceiling we had to cut open (critters), and were polite and professional. They could've done a better job of containing drywall dust, and of cleaning up the dust that escaped, but overall quite happy with them and their work.
