What a fantastic experience! We needed a washer and dryer to be picked up from the place we purchased them, moved to our basement, and then last-minute needed our old ones removed, as the people buying them from us backed down last-minute. Rishad was phenomenal: super responsive when I initially contacted him, acted quickly to get his truck to help us within an hour, did a great job of bringing our items safely to the dropoff location, communicated throughout the process, and was just a really great person to meet and talk to. We are thankful we found him on Thumbtack, and we will use him again in the future. You should, too! :)
