I manage renovation jobs on residential properties and shop for the materials on a budget. I deal with building inspectors if needed. I work with subcontractors but can do painting, staining, cleaning and carpet cleaning. I have remodeled and flipped three homes in the past six years. I have previously worked for a commercial builder in Waukesha/New Berlin area.
