Why make it complicated ?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself. Give them a short history of me. Explain my process so as to ease there worries. I like to keep customers informed with progress of there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I watch a lot of renovation programs and apply what I learned in the field. I am a stage rigger by trade. I also read a lot. . I am a hands on learner, which in most trades is the way to hone your skills.
