Introduction: My edible art stands out for many reasons. It is paramount that I provide each tiered cake I produce with the proper cake structure and proportions to prevent any sagging, leaning, or un-level tiers. I take time to perfect even the minuscule details for all custom designs, and I have a very high standard for sculpted cakes, figurines, and finishing touches. The perfectionist in me creates and re-sculpts edible mediums until I get it right. My personal standards are always aimed to exceed what my clients expect. The attention to detail shows in my work. I produce edible art with fresh high quality ingredients that not only look amazing, but also tastes amazing! What I love most is knowing that others enjoy what I am able create. I love being able to express creatively through edible art. I enjoy sculpting with edible mediums. I love the looks on little one's faces when they first see their cake! And the excitement and happiness expressed by my clients after enjoying a tasty morsel of cake after all the planning, preparing, and organizing is all said and done. Aside from that, I love the order that baking and decorating cakes and pastries provides me. When I'm baking, memories of my dear gram Luevenia come flooding to my thoughts, which encourage me and give me a sense of pride that I am carrying on what she loved to do most.
