- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The more sessions you sign up for the cheaper the price will be per session. Prices for a single session will be higher than the average price of bundle sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process begins by having an initial consultation meeting with the client that is free of charge to discuss goals and establish a plan. From there the number of sessions per week is discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been training in various forms for over 10 years including boxing, high intensity interval training, cardio machines, interval training, yoga, cardio kickboxing, resistance training
