- What types of customers have you worked with?
Repairing Cellphones and Computers tends to be the most common task. Usually repairing a cracked screen (laptop or cellphone) or removing viruses (computer and cellular). The next service that is most common would be usage of my computer lab which has various rate plans for walk-in and membership-based customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Deal with a professional that is honest and realistic. Work with a technician who is willing to look into the heart of the problem if necessary, but is also willing to give you the level of repair you feel you deserve. It always works out best when the client and technician keep the lines of communcation as widely open as possible. That way no one is left guessing on either end of the deal. Look for a technician who treats you like a real person, not just a paycheck or a ticket number.
