- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to provide the most competitive rates in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide you with a list of all of our package, booth and a la carte options. You let us know which items you would like. We create an agreement and when the agreement is signed with a $200 deposit your date is set! We are always available for questions etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've learned everything we know from the school of hard knocks.
