- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat creative fee depending upon the type of photography needed, and sell prints and wall art ala carte. I also have print collections available, and can help clients create their own collections. Payment plans are also offered because I believe everyone deserves to have their memories captured beautifully and creatively. This process should be fun, not complicated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk! Whether we first connect by email or phone, I want to get to know my clients and their vision for their photos. By getting to know my clients, I can create a custom photo shoot designed with their vision in mind. And people are more creative than they think! So I love to get their input during the shoot - especially kids! It involves them in the process and they love it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied with the New York Institute of Photography, taken on-location and computer courses on photography, lighting, composition and design, and continue to take courses so that I can offer my clients new ideas and concepts for capturing and preserving their memories.
