- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free roof inspection and a written estimate. Pricing depends on roof size, pitch, number of layers, decking condition, flashing/ventilation needs, and material choice—so we don’t guess numbers without seeing it. Our estimates are clear and itemized (labor, materials, tear-off/disposal, upgrades). Any additional work (like bad plywood) is shown with photos and approved before we proceed—no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick questions by message/phone (address + what you need). Schedule an on-site inspection (same day/next day when possible). Measure the roof, inspect shingles/flashing/ventilation, and take photos. Explain options and send a written estimate. If approved, we schedule the job, confirm materials/colors, and protect landscaping. Complete the install with full cleanup + magnet sweep. Final walkthrough and warranty info provided.
