Bob is great! I was looking for someone to pick up old furniture for my 73 year old Mom. I was a little concerned because I couldn't be there when he arrived, but Bob showed up when he said he would, was very friendly, and took more than we had agreed on for the same affordable price. She had a good experience and was very happy that he even took her recycling away for her. I would definitely call Bob again!
I wish I could give a rating of less than one star. First and foremost. ASK FOR A RECEIPT! With all the craziness during my move, I didn't think to ask for a receipt, nor did I sign any paperwork. No proof of insurance coverage from the company... Nothing. When I asked for a copy of the receipt after the fact, Grady, the owner responded with, we don't really do that. Now we can get into my move and the nightmare that ensued. These people moved us back in May and in the process my 65" TV was damaged (back light cracked and after looking at it closely discovered a big gouge in the screen). I've said before and I'll say again, I understand that minor blemishes cam happen during a move, but you can't buff out a broken TV. I had contacted the owner and his wife and at first, it sounded like they actually wanted to help get the situation resolved. Then I stopped receiving correspondence. I filed a complaint via certified mail to the company, no response. I reached out to Contact 6, Grady stated that he reached out to me trying to find a resolution, not admit guilt. Common sense asks, if the TV had been broken like that to begin with, why would I go through the hassle of having it moved. Then waste my time after trying to get the problem resolved? Since there STILL has been no receipt sent to me, and no contact with the company, I'm being forced to take them to Small Claims Court. I will also be reaching out to the State to ensure that they are even a licensed company to begin with because I can't find anything on them being licensed. I'll also contact the Better Business Bureau which oh by the way says REVOKED when you look up the company name. Then I will be contacting the state Department of Revenue to inquire as to how it's possible for a company that doesn't give receipts as common practice (according to my recorded phone conversation) is paying the correct amount in taxes. All of this work I'm going to do because these people refuse to take care of a situation that they don't want to accept happened. Mistakes do happen, and I am not unreasonable. I take issue when the people try to avoid a resolution. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY! IF THIS MESSAGE PREVENTS SOMEONE ELSE FROM GET TING SCREWED OVER THE WAY I DID. IT WOULD BE WORTH IT!
I hired M.S. Property Management to move a piano for me. Communication with them was very clear and prompt as we worked out the details. Three very personable young men came to do the job. They knew exactly what they were doing, were very careful moving through doorways and throughout my home, and were finished in about 20 minutes. I would request them again and highly recommend them to others!
DEMO AND REMODEL Had a water damage issue in the basement that needed to be addressed from water leaking from a basement window. We had to re-grade the adjacent outside soil to pitch water flow away from the house and tuck point the blocks affected by the leakage. We contacted Steamatic by referral at work who used them to do a similar water damage fix. The wet wall had drywall since it is a finished basement. We decided to demo the drywall and re-configure the room with an office addition. Steamatic gave me the best price for the demo and installation of green board on all the outer walls as well as painting, electrical/ lighting, doors(2) and shelving (we bought a pre-fab but installed it as a built-in. Within a month all the work was done and I now have my private office with adjacent storage room. Don't hesitate to do your remodeling home project like I did and waste precious time finding a remodeling company you can trust. Call Steamatic and get it done and enjoy!

S.A.M LLC was the best! I first hired them to do a deep clean of my home. I was so happy with the end results my floors look as nice a the day I got them.
