- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated but it is based on a per job basis. Some projects are simpler and others more involved. I am always up front with cost before hand. I will have a contract so that there are no misunderstandings.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Photography is a collaboration. I have a conversation with each client on the best way to produce the images that they are looking for. There is some pre production on both sides in order to achieve fantastic images.
