FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm more than happy to try and work with any budget to accommodate someone's needs! I offer a 15% off Hometown Hero discount to firefighters, EMT's, paramedics, police officers, teachers and members of the military. I also offer several payment plans so there doesn't have to be just 2 or 3 large payments. If needed, monthly payment plans are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any new client, I like to discuss via e-mail, messenger or meet in person to figure out what they want and to make sure we're a good fit for one another. Once we both decide we'd like to work together, I send a welcome e-mail, as well as several others that include a questionnaire, contract and invoice. Every client gets their own personal portal so they can keep track of all e-mails, questionnaires, contract, invoices, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2006 I took a photography class, and shortly after finishing I was hired as an assistant photographer for a local wedding photographer. She taught me a lot of the dos and don'ts of wedding and portrait photography. From there, I have taken additional classes, bought books, and regularly collaborate with other photographers in and effort to improve my work and keep it fresh.
