- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always do my best to keep my pricing fair. All of my estimates bare in mind how much time behind the camera as well as behind the computer editing it will take to give you the best images possible. Discounts are always available for veterans, active service members, police officers, firefighters and/or paramedic/EMTs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I strive to get to know them and their families to better understand what they need. I also like to hear my customer's wants and needs! I will also tell you more about myself and my business as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I shadowed a photographer starting at 13 years old until I was 17. From 18 to 22 I was assistant manager at a local photography studio.
