After having a difficult time finding someone to replace my gutter, I tried Thumbtack for the first time and found Four Leaf. They were super responsive, did a great job and the rate was very reasonable. We would definitely hire them again.

I think the most impressive thing was their efficiency. My house is less than 800 sqft. I was told, "we can knock that out in one day." I left for work at 5:30 am, and when I got home at 3:50 pm, they were literally starting their vehicles and driving away with a huge trailer full of old roof shingles and there was a new roof on my house. If I would have stopped for gas, I would have totally missed them and came home to a new roof. The gentleman that did the estimate explained a lot about roofs. He explained why they use the methods they use and the best method and material for my particular situation. They made the entire experience worry-free. Thanks.

I would highly recommend Four Leaf for roofing needs. Joe was very responsive and he patiently answered all my many questions via text, phone and in person. He was the only contractor that explained why he uses the shingles he does and how they are superior to the other brands. We had a leaky roof and Joe made us priority and got our order in right away and the roof was done within a week of signing and paying the deposit. The crew that did the roof were all very friendly and also answered all of my questions that I had throughout the day. They were able to do a full scrape off and reshingle in one day and the roof looks great. They did a good job of cleaning up all the debris off the ground too. Joe quoted a fair price and even gave us a discount for being a rugby playing family!

I liked working with Joe from the beginning. After inspecting the roof for areas of concern for a leak, he took the time to share his thoughts and showed me the problems in detail. I got the feeling that he knew what was going on and how to fix it. He was also empathetic with the damage we had suffered and got people to work on it right away, as bad weather was forecasted in the next couple days. When things were prematurely communicated as done to him by one of his workers, he was responsive through texting and reassured “I will not take payment until the work is satisfactory”. Easy to work with, pleasant, knowledgeable. Would definitely hire again if needed. Thanks again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to Veterans, Teachers, First Responders and Senior Citizens. 0% Financing for 18 months on approved Credit. We also offer a special of $102/Month for your next project for qualifying buyers. The average roof cost is $8,000. Siding average cost is $12,000. The average gutter job is $2,450. These prices all vary depending on the size and details of your project. If you have a specific budget you need to stick to we will come up with a plan to accommodate your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen. Before we even come to your house we will ask you details about your project. What are you looking to accomplish, how old is your house, when do you want to do it, do you have a budget in mind. When we arrive to your house we will talk with the home owner, explain our process and complete the home inspection. After the inspection we will show you pictures and walk you through what we saw. Together we will come up with a solution that best firs your needs and budget. We will ask if you would like to finance your project. We offer many creative financing solutions. We will go over any discounts that you may be eligible for and discuss our solution and estimated price to complete the job. Once we have agreed to a plan we will go over the process once again and find a date that best fits your timeline for the install. Once we agree to an install date we will collect the down payment and order the materials.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the State of Wisconsin and Illinois. We are required to complete training and education classes to have a license. Throughout the year our crews and staff meet with manufacturers for further training. Once a month we go over installation procedures with our installers and highlight any specialty product training as well. All of our employees sign and are educated on OSHA safety rules as well as CPR and injury prevention training.
