Junk Removal

I called on a Thursday, and they fit me in at the end of their Friday. They were a bit late but kept me posted on their ETA. This was not a problem, because, after all, they were accommodating me. They were very efficient. I had them remove three sofas, a queen mattress & box spring, and some assorted junk. The heaviest sofa and the bed were on the second floor. Without hesitation I will hire them again.

Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting

The team was very impressive. They helped move a very heavy sofa sleeper down 3 flights of stairs! Additionally, they were professional, communicative and timely. I would highly recommend.

They not only did the job they were hired for, which turned into more issues related to unknown water damage and more trash then expected. They also helped with moving our last load. They were a positive in a very difficult time. They worked with us both in time and cost. They were very accommodating.

I'm all fairness, as I explained we were held up by customers that added on to what was originally stated and that ran us behind, they didn't ask for 1 item as you did. I also stated both days we could still come later than originally planned and you declined, (which I understand and apologized) so we didn't just not show without communication, BUT, we do thank you for giving us an opportunity to try to work with you.

    We charge upon arrival until our departure from the final unload destination, there maybe an additional charge if certain mileage is exceeded.
