- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge upon arrival until our departure from the final unload destination, there maybe an additional charge if certain mileage is exceeded.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a rundown of things to expect, ask questions, offer many suggestions, as we feel every customer is a new customer, we just try to impress everyone we encounter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All that we have learned has been on the job training, or our trying facility at previous employment.
