Chad came out and gave an estimate, which increased after work began, and they noticed additional rot. I wasn't happy about the increase, but we worked through it. Overall, a very nice roof replacement.

Got connected with these guys through Angi for a roof repair project. Cody was our rep and needless to say, we were given every detail possible about the cost associated with the works needed to be done at our home. Given the information, we decided to wait for a better option financially. Never felt pushed or rushed into decision.Matter of facts, decided to go solar and could not ask for more details about the project than what Cody had given us. Everything is transparent from cost breakdown to electricity usage analysis. Again, not a single push or rush, and no sales tactic. Just what best for our current situation while building on our home equity. Worth checking out solar if you maybe thinking about it.Side note: was approached by someone going door to door about solar and was given an estimate of $10000 over what Guardian is proposing. Always do your research, of course. Will eventually consider cericade for our roof in the coming years, as well.

Had Josiah out to my house to get an estimate on replacing a flat roof. He was prompt and called to let me know he was getting close. Took the time to actually get on my roof and explain to me what my options were and I was able to talk directly to his VP to make sure I was comfortable with the plan. I have to say his follow through on everything we talked about has been 100%. I signed the contract today and will update this review upon completion of the job. I'm looking forward to having Guardian fix my very old and tired roof.

Guardian Home Improvements was a great company to work with from start to finish. They are reliable and very prompt. The installers went right to work and were very conscious about keeping the area clean of any debris. The roof looks great and much thanks to Joshua Moore the project manager!! He was a pleasure to work with and explained the process so there were no surprises. He complimented the install team by sharing how they have great workmanship and how well they clean up after completion. I will recommend this company in the future and will call them for any other improvements we may need!
