Chad came out and gave an estimate, which increased after work began, and they noticed additional rot. I wasn't happy about the increase, but we worked through it. Overall, a very nice roof replacement.

Got connected with these guys through Angi for a roof repair project. Cody was our rep and needless to say, we were given every detail possible about the cost associated with the works needed to be done at our home. Given the information, we decided to wait for a better option financially. Never felt pushed or rushed into decision.Matter of facts, decided to go solar and could not ask for more details about the project than what Cody had given us. Everything is transparent from cost breakdown to electricity usage analysis. Again, not a single push or rush, and no sales tactic. Just what best for our current situation while building on our home equity. Worth checking out solar if you maybe thinking about it.Side note: was approached by someone going door to door about solar and was given an estimate of $10000 over what Guardian is proposing. Always do your research, of course. Will eventually consider cericade for our roof in the coming years, as well.

Marcus came out for an 11:00 appointment and was on time and very professional and personable. He gave me cost saving suggestions when he didn't have to. To be honest I was already set to go with another company and just wanted a 2nd quote, but because of the customer service I received I went with Guardian and signed the contract that same day. Marcus left my home 2 1/2 hours later and I felt like he was a part of the family because of the great conversation we shared during his visit. Thank you and I look forward to seeing the completion of my house.
