About 6 months ago I got a screen door installed. The other day a wind gust blew one of the hinges off and the frame was pulling. The installation company I use had a long wait and told me to call Anderson doors for the warranty. Anderson doors, which I thought was a good company said it was not covered under any warranty. Meanwhile the door was unsecured, I couldn’t safely remove it so looked for someone and NikiTeam was available really quickly. Was very responsive and came to look at the door. At first thought it would need to be removed, but he was actually able to fix it and offered to go pick up the missing piece to install! Very helpful, cost- efficient (in both price of service and saving me from buying a new screen door!), and professional. Would use again and recommend to others!

Aleks was fantastic. He arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. He replaced 2 exterior door systems. He offered to do the work the same day. Aleks was very professional. The doors I purchased were not the same depth as the door frame and Aleks took a trip to purchase the needed door jamb extension kits to finish the job. He also purchased an additional bottom trim board to close a gap that was created during the new door installs. Resourceful, tidy, professional. Highly recommend. Will hire again.
