- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable and depends on your filings, for example filing single or married, have dependents, own a home, have rental properties, etc. Call me and I will give you a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients I will set an appointment to meet and go over their documents. I have the returns done in less than one week and call to go over the numbers. When everything is good with the client I e-file the returns and the client meets up again to receive their folder with the documents and returns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a participant of the IRS's AFSP program (Annual Filing Season Program). I have a Bachelors in Arts with double majors of Accounting and Business Administration and I also have a Masters of Science in Taxation degree. I work full-time in corporate income tax as a Senior Tax Analyst.
